Carly Olitzki, LCSW-S

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, coping with loss, or facing everyday challenges, I provide a supportive space for growth and healing. I work with children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns. My compassionate, strengths-based approach helps clients build resilience and move forward with confidence.
My specialty is helping clients navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. I work with children (5+), teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment difficulties, family stress, and behavioral concerns, while providing support through life’s transitions.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your child, or your family, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence and hope.

Jessica Gottschalk, LMSW

I believe therapy should feel human, supportive, and personalized — not cold or overly clinical. I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, and families seeking support, balance, and a space to feel genuinely understood. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I believe it should feel more like a conversation than a performance.

My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about both their struggles and their successes. While therapy can help us work through anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions, I also believe in celebrating growth, recognizing progress, and acknowledging the wins along the way — even the small ones.

Using strengths-based, relational, and evidence-based approaches, I help clients build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burned out, or simply looking for a space to process and grow, I would be honored to support you through the process.

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) since 2011. Successfully completed the clinical licensing examination and currently completing state-required supervised experience for independent clinical licensure (slated for November 2026).
