Child Therapy (Ages 5+)

Childhood can bring emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. We create a safe, engaging environment where children can express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills through age-appropriate conversation, activities, and play.

We commonly help children with:

  • Anxiety and excessive worry

  • ADHD and attention concerns

  • Emotional regulation

  • Friendship and social challenges

  • Low self-esteem

  • Family transitions, including divorce

  • Grief and loss

  • School-related stress

  • Behavioral concerns

We partner closely with parents to support lasting progress both in therapy and at home.

Family Therapy

Families naturally experience conflict, transitions, and periods of stress. Family therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and develop healthier ways of navigating challenges together.

Family therapy may be helpful for:

  • Parent-child conflict

  • Blended family adjustments

  • Behavioral concerns

  • Communication difficulties

  • Divorce or separation

  • Major family transitions

  • Supporting a child with emotional or behavioral challenges

Our goal is to help families build stronger relationships while working together toward lasting, positive change.

Teen Therapy

Adolescence can feel overwhelming as teens navigate school, friendships, family relationships, social pressures, and increasing independence. Therapy provides a supportive, judgment-free space where teens can openly explore their thoughts and emotions while building practical tools to manage life's challenges.

Common reasons teens seek therapy include:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Depression and low mood

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Peer and relationship concerns

  • Academic pressure

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Emotional regulation

  • Family conflict

  • Life transitions

  • Grief and loss

Our goal is to help teens build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and gain confidence in themselves and their future.

LCSW Clinical Supervision

Carly Olitzki, LCSW-S, provides collaborative, supportive clinical supervision for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) pursuing independent clinical licensure in Texas.

Supervision focuses on:

  • Building clinical confidence

  • Ethical decision-making

  • Case consultation

  • Clinical documentation

  • Treatment planning

  • Professional identity and career development

Supervision is designed to help clinicians grow into confident, ethical, and competent mental health professionals while meeting Texas licensure requirements.

Adult Therapy

Life can become overwhelming, even for those who are used to managing everything on their own. Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to process difficult experiences, gain perspective, and create meaningful, lasting change.

We work with adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Parenting challenges

  • Burnout

  • Life transitions

  • Women's mental health concerns

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Recovery support

  • Personal growth

Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations

For established clients, our therapists may provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations when clinically appropriate. Eligibility is determined based on your treatment history, current clinical needs, and your therapist's professional judgment. If an ESA is determined to be an appropriate part of your treatment plan, supporting documentation may be provided in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Please note: Emotional Support Animals are different from service animals. ESA letters do not grant public access rights and are intended only for situations where they are legally recognized.
